I have never been through anything as upsetting, life-altering, and frightening as I went through when leaving the LDS church. Your family, your faith, your friends, your career, and your marriage can often be threatened and lost during the process. One of the few things that got me through it was having people in my life that I could talk to, confide in, cry with, ask questions of, and just know that they were there for me. It is my honor and priviledge to now be in a position to be that resource for others going through the same process.

While a time consuming and emotionally exhausting process, this counseling is the most important factor in helping someone come out of the experience with a desire to continue to seek to know God.
